We understand the importance of combining faith and education. That’s why we offer a comprehensive Quran and Madrassah program alongside our childcare services. Our qualified teachers provide a structured learning environment that fosters both academic and Islamic growth.

We believe in a holistic approach to education, emphasizing both worldly knowledge (Dunya) and spiritual understanding (Deen). Our Madrassah program is designed to complement your child’s school curriculum while instilling strong Islamic values.

Weekday Madrassah

Modern Madrassah Education

At Raising Explorers, we’re committed to providing a modern and engaging Madrassah experience for British Muslim children. We believe in teaching the Quran and Sunnah in a way that is both fun and effective.

Our experienced and qualified teachers use a variety of interactive methods, including presentations, role-plays, worksheets, online resources, and videos, to make learning enjoyable and engaging. We focus on developing well-rounded Muslim individuals who can confidently practice their faith while contributing positively to society.

Our Commitment to Quality

We continuously strive to improve our Madrassah program. Through regular reviews, teacher training, and external consultations, we ensure that our curriculum and teaching methods are of the highest standard. Our rigorous recruitment process guarantees that only the most qualified and passionate teachers join our team.

A Supportive Learning Environment

We prioritize a student-centered approach, with small class sizes (maximum 18 students) and a dedicated teaching assistant in each classroom. This ensures that every child receives the attention and support they need to succeed.

Parents are actively involved in their child’s progress through regular updates and trackers. Our focus on unity, respect, and kindness creates a positive and nurturing learning environment for all.

We try to ensure no child leaves the centre without being prepared fully for every situation in life and knows how to apply their deen to it.

Weekend Madrassah Service

Flexible Learning with Our Weekend Madrassah

We understand that not every family’s schedule is the same. That’s why we offer a Weekend Madrassah service to provide additional learning opportunities for your child. Whether you prefer a weekend focus or want to supplement weekday classes, we’ve got you covered.

Our Weekend Madrassah covers the same essential topics as our weekday program, allowing children to build on their knowledge and skills. We encourage regular revision to reinforce learning and ensure continuous progress.

By avoiding the hustle and bustle of weekday traffic, our Weekend Madrassah offers a refreshing and focused learning environment for your child.

Sunday Madrassah Service

A Focused Approach

Our Sunday Madrassah provides a concentrated learning experience for children who want to deepen their Quranic and Islamic knowledge. It’s ideal for those attending another Madrassah or looking for a standalone option.

With a strong emphasis on Quran, Qaidah, and Islamic studies, our Sunday program offers a structured and effective learning environment. While time is limited, our experienced teachers deliver high-quality instruction to maximise your child’s progress.

"I was reluctant to send my children to a typical madrassah system as I had so many fears. When I saw how this system is similar to schooling and with such friendly staff my fears were overturned. My son and daughter are now so happy and look forward to going the next day. They come home having learnt so much that I am forever in gratitude to Raising Explorers."

Special Educational Needs (SEND) Madrassah Service

We believe every child deserves the opportunity to learn about their faith, regardless of their specific needs. Working closely with parents and teachers, we’ve created a supportive environment for SEND children to learn Deen at their own pace. Our small class sizes, with a maximum of three children per teacher, allow us to provide tailored support. We carefully assess each child’s abilities and adapt our teaching methods accordingly, using a combination of audio, visual, and kinaesthetic techniques to engage learners effectively.

Raising Explorers children can access 6 key services as part of our Out Of School Club that we have embedded into our weekly timetable here at the centre:
